ORDER PROCESS
Do you supply printed samples?
Yes. All confirmed orders come with a complimentary fully printed pre-production umbrella sample to ensure you are totally satisfied with the product and print quality before we manufacture your order.
What umbrella fabric colours do you have?
We have approximately 100 different stock fabric colours available at any given time. The colours tend to get updated with current fashion trends from year to year. If you give us a colour reference, we can usually find an exact or very close match within our stock fabric inventory. If not, we can PMS match a bolt of fabric to your exact corporate colours. Minimum order applies for PMS colour matching.
What logo/artwork format do you need?
We require your logo or design artwork in a high quality print file, preferably EPS or AI format. We can work with JPEG files also, as long as they are high resolution (at least 300 DPI).
How long does it take to manufacture an order?
Anywhere from two to six weeks depending on the complexity of the design. For example, when we produce custom umbrellas with detailed patterns, this requires manual pattern matching by hand, which will take a little extra time.
How long does it take to ship an order?
We offer various methods of shipping, including rush air freight (overnight) and ground shipping.

Do you supply wholesale umbrellas?
Yes, we commonly sell to promotional products distributors, and create white label umbrellas for brands and retail stores.
Where is your factory?
Our factory is located in Hong Kong, and is ISO9001 certified. iBrolly has had its own manufacturing line within the factory for nearly twenty years.
Are your products guaranteed?
Yes. We are so confident about the strength, quality and durability of our range of iBrolly umbrellas that they are supplied with a full performance guarantee.
What is your return policy?
When you receive your order we ask that you check it over within 24 hours. In the rare event that any of the umbrellas are damaged or not produced to your specifications (as per the approved pre-production sample), we will replace them at no charge.
