DELIVERY & RETURN INFORMATION

Delivery Information

iBrolly custom umbrellas are manufactured at our factory in Hong Kong, and then shipped by sea or air depending on your timeline. If you can give us a little extra lead time, it is less expensive – and more environmentally friendly – to ship by sea. Once your order has been manufactured, delivery timing is as follows:

  • Air shipments take one or two days, depending on your location (within the UK and Ireland).

  • Sea shipments generally take about four to five weeks.

Return Policy

Once you receive your order, we encourage you to check it over within 24 hours. Damages and defects are exceptionally rare – our return rate is less than 1 in 1,000 umbrellas – but it is important to notify us ASAP as our umbrellas are fully guaranteed. We will replace any damaged or defective umbrellas at no cost.

As all of our products are custom made for our clients, they cannot be returned for other reasons apart from damage or defect.

Terms and Conditions

All deliveries made to the Purchaser should be checked with 24 hours of the date of delivery. All damages or shortages should be reported to the Supplier (iBrolly) in writing within 24 hours. Failure to complete the checking of the goods delivered and the reporting of any such shortages or damages would be deemed by the Supplier (iBrolly) that the goods have been accepted by the Purchaser as complete and unharmed.

Under certain circumstances and outside the control of the Supplier (in particular when goods are sourced from the third party manufacturer or other supplier), delays may occur. When and if this event does happen, the Supplier will notify the Purchaser as soon as is reasonable that there will be a delay in delivery.

Any delivery date specified by the customer does not form part of the contract; however we will always attempt to meet the agreed upon delivery dates – and we usually do.
